Installing a good antivirus is sufficient to protect from all kinds of external threats. I was under this notion all these years till my computer was ran over by a deadly virus infection that corrupted all my files and erased my precious data. But iyogi technician rescued most of my data and helped me remove that deadly virus. He also gave me number of tips to protect my computer from virus infections. Though my initial experience with iYogi was not good and I was quite disappointed by the kind of support I got from the technician for my ailing computer. I decided to route my complaint through iYogi complaints form and this time I was happy the way they answered my complaint and resolved it perfectly. Not only was my computer repaired to perfection, I was also given various handy tips to keep it up and performing.

I was unable to install antivirus software on my PC for which I availed iyogi tech support. the technician promptly started working on my PC, which was quite impressive. But after hat my PC was running too slow. I discussed this issue through iyogi complaints form. Once again the technician took the remote session on my PC and fixed the issue.

iYogi Complaints: Language not understandable.
No doubt that iYogi functions so smoothly and provides the best services to its customers. But sometimes like yesterday, the language or the accent becomes a major issue while conversing with the techie. Neither I was able to understand what the concerned techie wanted to ask me, nor did he understand my statements in one go. I had to explain my statements again and again. Hope you see to the problem seriously.

iYogi Complaints: Resolving Internet issue
I own a small business and was having trouble with the Internet of one of my systems. I contacted iYogi tech support but the issue was not resolved satisfactorily, and I had to take recourse to the iYogi Complaint Form to get my voice heard.

iYogi Complaints: Including the Hardware issues too.
iYogi has been the best technical support service organization I have known. I have been associated with iYogi from past 4 years as their customer and I have just loved their services immensely. But there was 1 complaint, rather a request which I wanted to share, and iYogi Complaints page has been the best interface for that. Kindly include the hardware related issue too which would be a great help to me, as well as all your customers out there.
